These are fees per year.
Should you not complete the course in a year, you will be liable for the same amount for each successive year of study.

SPONSORSHIP
Ecclesia Bible/Counselling College does not provide sponsorships. However, should a sponsorship be required, the applicant is encouraged to approach their local church, or an individual or institution of their choice for such sponsorship.
CLASS SCHEDULE & ATTENDANCE
Bible College begins at 19h00 sharp. Students are required to be on time.
The first session is from 19h00 – 19h30.
Tea from 19h30 - 20h00.
The second session is from 20h00 - 20h30.
Ecclesia Bible/Counselling College requires attendance to all classes.
An attendance register will be kept. Absence is only permitted under exceptional circumstances.
90% attendance is a strict requirement (this includes online students).
Should the applicant be employed in an occupation/profession that requires them to work on an occasional Tuesday evening, this must be discussed with the Dean upon application to Ecclesia Bible/Counselling College.
10% per week will be deducted from all late tests and assignments.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Withdrawal from Ecclesia Bible/Counselling College must be given with one month’s paid notice as well as having paid all outstanding fees up to date.
STUDENT REQUIREMENTS
Dress Code: Smart casual, as is fitting for a good Christian Leader.
Materials: Please bring your Bible (New King James), a notepad for notes, pen, and ruler and Bible markers.
